Electrotype is an independent art/progressive rock outfit based in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs. Fronted by its sole member Beth Maplesden, a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, the project has caught the attention of a few notable publications in the prog world. While Electrotype takes after some of the usual prog giants, these influences are blended and synthesized in new and surprising ways.
